Hi, I’m Shauna—a Registered Clinical Counsellor, wife, and mother.

I’m here because there are times in life when you know you want something to change, but you’re not quite sure how to get there.

Maybe you’re longing for a lasting relationship, but nothing seems to be working out. Or maybe you’ve invested in a career that looks good on paper, but no longer fits your passions or values.

I offer a thoughtful, supportive space for you to gain clarity, examine stuck patterns, and find a path forward that feels right for you.

My personal experiences navigating relationships, career changes, and different stages of life have shaped my passion for helping others find greater clarity and direction.

Relationships

For women navigating dating, relationships, commitment, and questions about what they want from love.

Career Exploration

A space to explore your interests, strengths, and possibilities using established career assessment tools.

Life Direction

Gain clarity about what you want and what’s holding you back, so that you can plan your next step.

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding yourself more deeply—what you want, what motivates you, and the patterns that may be shaping your relationships and choices.

Insights also need to be paired with action. I’ll help you find constructive, manageable steps towards change that you are comfortable experimenting with.

My approach is grounded in attachment theory, which I use as a framework for understanding our needs, motivations, and ways of relating to others. In my relationship work, I also draw on perspectives around masculine and feminine dynamics when they are helpful and meaningful to you.

In my career work, I hold space for exploring what isn’t working about your current situation and what you are envisioning. I’ll guide you through assessment tools to facilitate concrete discussions and planning.

  • Understand: Gain insight into the patterns, motivations, and relationship dynamics shaping your experience.

  • Explore: Consider new perspectives, possibilities, and ways of understanding yourself and your situation.

  • Move Forward: Turn those insights into practical next steps that feel manageable and right for you.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia and hold an MSc from the University of British Columbia. My clinical experience includes work with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a Substance Use Disorders team in a community health setting, as well as private relationship coaching.

  • I currently work with adults throughout BC by phone and video. I am accepting new clients with weekend availability.
