If you use the contact form on this website, I collect the email address you provide. You may also contact me directly by email.
Please do not include sensitive personal, health, or other confidential information in the website contact form. The form is intended only to allow you to request contact from me.

I use your email address to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to communicate with you about counselling services.
I do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising or marketing purposes.
Where your information is stored
Information submitted through the contact form is stored in the database of this website and is also sent to my counselling email address, contact@shaunacgreen.com.
The form is provided by SureForms. SureForms states that form submissions are stored on the website owner’s WordPress site rather than on SureForms’ own servers.
How long I retain your information
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. After that period, they will be deleted unless there is a legal or legitimate business reason to retain them for longer.
If you subsequently become a counselling client, information relating to your counselling relationship is handled and retained separately in accordance with applicable professional, legal, and record-keeping requirements.
Privacy and security
I take reasonable measures to protect personal information in my custody or control from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or theft.
Because email and internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, please avoid sending sensitive or confidential information by email or through this website.
